Apply Your Final Paper Size
This step generally applies only when printing on photo paper or a fine art paper and you want to have an even border around your artwork. Say, for instance, you have a digital image that measures 30″ x 20″ and you would like to have a 2″ white border around the entire image. Your final paper size would then be 34″ x 24″, as illustrated below. You’ll notice that the graphic in the Canvas box changes with your dimensions to roughly illustrate how the different areas of your finished artwork will appear proportionate to one another according to your input. Please note that if your Final Paper Size is the same as your Image Size, we will cut the paper down to the image; therefore, if you want a “handling border” – particularly in anticipation of framing your print – be sure to include that in your Final Paper Size.
